I totally missed the former installments but intend to go back and read them for sure. What I love most about the freelance life is the flexibility. As a mom of three, it’s a must. I also love the empowerment of knowing that I can make my own opportunities. While it’s true that I can also break them, I’m beginning to really see the possibilities for growth and advancement — on MY terms!

@Mary — The flexibility is a really big one for me too. I do some of my best work between midnight and 4am so working an 8–5 job wouldn’t work out great for me or my clients lol.
