Two months ago, we set out on a weekly mission of color themed inspirational experimentation. To determine how, if it all, the sources of that inspiration tended towards any of the associated aspects of the color that dominated the image. For eight weeks we announced our intent to showcase some of the works that were created because of Inspiration in Color series that users had submitted to our Flickr group. So without further ado, we present the few that we had received.
Well that's all folks! We want to graciously thank all of those who participated in this little experiment, and commend them for sharing their work with us here at Arbenting. See you all on the flip side.

It’s too bad more people didn’t submit to this… I LOVE the inspiration in color series, but this one was just lacking in numbers.
gah, angie… it’s ‘catch’ you on the flip side ;)
which I will.

I, for some reason, let this one slip by. Don’t ask me how, I’ll blame the UK/US time difference on this one.
For a reason I can’t fully understand, I just love the first one ‘shift’. Quite surreal.
As Andrew said, way shame not so many people contributed like all the others in the series. Maybe we can have a part 2 now we see what its about. Sure we can generate more submissions this time.

Hey Angie,
I’m also surprised that more people didn’t submit. I’m definitely going to make sure to give whatever I can the next time you do something like this. Participation is key in the online design community and I think your idea with users submitting their responses to inspiration was a great one.
Good luck and keep on posting,
Sincerely,
Fred.

Thanks guys! We’ll definitely be doing a follow up for this series so hopefully we’ll get more submissions then :)
