The new Wednesday Web of Inspiration has begun being spun, and for the inaugural run, we have decided to start things off with a little Magic. Magic the Gathering, that is. As longtime fans of this trading card game, the Arbenting duo has found the art of the game to be a great source of inspiration over the years. With amazing run after run of new expansion sets each containing a hundred plus card designs featuring rich fantasy art from some truly talented graphic artists, these cards are always a delight for the eyes.

Fantasy art provides such a limitless landscape for the imagination to run wild over, and the art of Magic the Gathering brilliantly demonstrates the boundless scope of this genre.
